How to Edit a Case

As soon as the new case is created, the patient gets an email invitation to Benchmarc™ to complete a survey/surveys. The surveys can be completed in minutes by any mobile, tablet, or desktop device.

  1. Click Cases at the navigation bar.
  2. Click three dots next to the required case.
  3. Select Edit Case.
  4. Apply the required changes.
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES.
Note: Observational protocol can’t be changed.

OR

  1. Click Cases at the navigation bar.
  2. Select the required case from the list.
  3. Click EDIT CASE at the top right of the screen.
  4. Apply the required changes.
  5. Click SAVE CHANGES.
