The report builder offers an easy solution to save report parameters as a template. This allows for easy report management and time saving.
Step 1: Create a new report by clicking the Report Tab on the left pane, followed by clicking the +BUILD REPORT button at the top right of the page.
Step 2: Enter a template name, then press CREATE REPORT. The Report Builder will immediately open.
The template is now created. It can now have its parameters edited or left as is to be worked on later.
Templates currently being used may be found under the Saved Reports section within the Reports Overview Page. They can be deleted, renamed, or edited.
If you wish to see the most recent statistics for a report, click the Refresh icon at the top right of the Report Builder.
To edit a template, choose your template in the Report Overview Page and click EDIT:
Step 1: Select the circle
Step 2: Determine Y-Axis
Step 3: Set the required cohorts
Please Note: Any modifications within a report will automatically save.
To rename a report, do the following within the Report Overview Page:
Step 1: Move the mouse cursor over a report and click the three dots. Select “Rename” from the options available.
Step 2: Replace the existing template name with a new name and click UPDATE REPORT.
To Remove a report, do the following within the Report Overview Page:
Step 1: Move the mouse cursor over a report and click the three dots. Select “Remove” from the options available.
Step 2: select REMOVE to delete the template or CANCEL to cancel the process.
