Survey Reminders:

1. Navigate to the Protocols and select the required protocol from the list
2. Select the required survey for which you would like to design an email text
3. Click SHOW PATIENT COMMUNICATION in the Patient Communication field
4. Put the info into the Subject field using the dynamic fields if required
5. Type in (or paste from the source file) the email body using the dynamic fields if required
