Methods of Patient Enrollment

Each client and center have varying needs when it comes to best practice for patient enrollment. From enrolling the patient in-office, to allowing the patient to self-enroll and reduce clinical burden, inCytes™ caters to all.

Email 

Investigator 

The investigator creates a case by selecting the Circle and adding the patient’s Email. This will automatically trigger an invitational email, allowing the patient to complete registration, and receive all follow-up surveys via email. 

SMS 

Investigator 

The investigator creates a case by selecting the Circle and adding the patient’s Mobile Phone number. This will automatically trigger an invitational link via SMS, allowing the patient to complete registration.  

This setting must be turned on by your Account Manager, additional fees apply. 

QR Code 

Patient 

Upon request, a personalized, branded BenchmarcTM brochure can be provided for patient self-enrollment. Complete with a QR code, the patient may scan and self-enroll to your Circle while in the waiting room, or even at home after their visit. Their case will automatically appear in your Case list, and no further action is needed. 

Landing Page 

Patient 

Upon request, a personalized, branded Landing Page can be provided for patient self-enrollment. On an in-office iPad/tablet, the patient may self-enroll to your Circle while in the waiting room. Their case will automatically appear in the your Case list, and no further action is needed.
